Synopsis

While April is doing a news report on location, Manhattan Island begins to shrink down to model size at the hands of Shredder.  The source of the city's shrinkage is Shredder using the Hyperstone, which came from Dimension X.  The Turtles go off on an adventure through the sewers, downtown, a ship, caves, Shredder's hideout and the Technodrome, fighting the Foot Ninjas, battle fierce bosses and even Shredder himself.
